Steak Salpicao

Ingredients

  • 2 Steak fillets, diced into 1/2“ pcs
  • Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
  • 1 T Olive Oil

Marinade

  • 1 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Maggi Seasoning
  • 1 T Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak for at least 15 min.
  2. Heat oil in wok or skillet in medium high and saut. garlic for 2 min or till brown.
  3. Add the beef and sauté for about 5 min or until desired doneness.

Instructions

Serve with garlic fried rice and sautéd greens on the side.
