STEAK SALPICAO

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 steak fillets, diced into ½” pcs
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp. Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Maggi Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl or ziplock bag
  2. Add the steak and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in wok or skillet in medium-high and sauté garlic for 2 minutes or until brown.
  4. Add the beef and sauté for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness.

Notes

Serve with garlic fried rice and sautéed greens on the side.
