Shrimp, Tomatoes and Cannellini Beans with Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 1-2 med. tomatoes, cored and halved
  • 1 med. sweet onion, sliced
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • Sugar, salt & pepper
  • 12 Shrimps, shelled
  • 1 14-oz can Cannellini Beans
  • 1-2 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8-12 Basil leaves, sliced

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400⁰F.
  2. Toss tomatoes and onions in olive oil, sugar,
    salt and pepper in oven-proof dish.
  3. Bake for about 20 min.
  4. Add the shrimps and cannellini beans and Jonno’s Worcestershire
    Sauce. Bake for another 5 min.
  5. Garnish with basil and serve warm or room temperature. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve with warm baguette.
