Shrimp, Avocado and Celery Salad with Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined, boiled and diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced thinly
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (more for a creamier salad)
  • 1 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.
  2. Leave at room temperature for 10 min before serving.

Notes

Serve on open faced sandwiches, in avocado shells or on top of a bed of shredded lettuce.
