Pork Steaks with Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork steak
  • 1 t Brown sugar
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Pepper
  • 2-4 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinade the pork in beer for one hour. Then drain and pat dry.
  2. Combine the salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle and rub the mixture on each side of the pork.
  3. Heat the grill on Medium-Off-Medium. Grill pork on each side for 6 minutes.
  4. Serve with Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and steamed vegetables on the side.
