Pork Ribs with Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce

  • 4 Pork Ribs or Pork Steak, bone-in

  • 4 T flour

  • 1-2 T butter

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 onion, diced


  • 2 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T garlic, minced


  1. Pat dry pork ribs and dredge in flour. Shake off excess flour.
  2. Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium high heat and brown the ribs for about 3 minutes one each side.
  3. Combine all the sauce ingredients and pour on the ribs when they are browned. Add a little water for more sauce.
  4. Spread the diced onions over the ribs. Cover and decrease heat to medium low.
  5. After 10 min, turn ribs over and simmer for another 2-3 min.
  6. Remove and serve with rice, orzo, potatoes or noodles.


  • You can add canned pineapple chunks, green pepper strips or prunes along with the onions if desired.
