Caesar Salad Dressing with Jonno’s Worcestershire

  • 1 egg and 2 yolks
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 3 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • Dash of Tabasco Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups extra virgin olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Anchovy fillets (optional)
  • Croutons (optional)


  1. Combine eggs and garlic in a food processor until thickened.
  2. Add anchovies, lemon juice, vinegar, Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco Sauce and pepper.
  3. If possible, slowly pour or add the olive oil and process until consistency is smooth, creamy but pourable.
  4. Toss cut up Romaine lettuce with dressing until it is creamy.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and toss until well mixed.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Top with anchovy fillets and/or croutons if desired.
