SALMON STEAKS WITH JONNO’S WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ in. Salmon Steaks
  • 2 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Lemon, sliced thinly
  • 1 T Soy sauce
  • 2 T Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put salmon in foil and drizzle with Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Seal foil tightly and barbecue on medium or bake at 350⁰ for 15 min or to your desired texture.
