- 2 ½ in. Salmon Steaks
- 2 T Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Lemon, sliced thinly
- 1 T Soy sauce
- 2 T Olive oil
- Put salmon in foil and drizzle with Jonno’s Worcestershire Sauce
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper and olive oil.
- Seal foil tightly and barbecue on medium or bake at 350⁰ for 15 min or to your desired texture.
